Chipotle Shrimp Salad on a Hoagie Roll

A new and tasty way to make shrimp!  



1 lb. shrimp 

Old Bay seasoning

Fresh garlic (minced)

Onions (minced) 

Chipotle mayonnaise 

Salt and pepper

4 Hoagie rolls 

Muenster cheese 



1. Use a deveiner to peel and devein the shrimp.  

2. Put a small amount of water in the bottom of a pot and bring to a boil.  

3. Add Old Bay seasoning and the shrimp to the boiling water to steam.  

4. Remove the shrimp from the pot once they turn white and chop into small pieces. 

5. Add chopped shrimp, chipotle mayonnaise, garlic, onions, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix. 

6. Slice the hoagies rolls, add Muenster cheese, and toast in the oven. 

7.  Add the shrimp mixture to the roll and enjoy!  


Serve with your favorite veggies!  


Note: Using a deveiner will help with the peeling process.  Wild-caught shrimp tend to be harder to peel than the farm raised variety many people are used to eating.
