Foil Baked Fish

An easy way to cook fish on the grill without it falling apart or sticking to the surface.  


1 lb. fish fillets

Fresh garlic

Sliced red onions


Salt and pepper

Lemon juice

Aluminum foil



1. Heat the grill or the oven to 350 degrees or medium-high heat.

2. Make 2 foil pouches.

3. Cut fish fillets in half and place into the foil pouches.

4. Add garlic, onions, butter, salt and pepper, and lemon juice to taste.

5. Close the pouches and place in the oven or on the grill for approximately 10 minutes or until fish is white and flaky.  (The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish fillets, so check it repeatedly to avoid overcooking).   

Serve with brown rice, and your favorite vegetable.
