Fried lobster is delicious! This is our personal favorite way to cook lobster!
Ingredients:
1 lb. lobster tails cut into bite-size pieces (remove from shell)
2 cups (approx.) Panko breadcrumbs
3-4 eggs
½ cup milk
Your favorite seasoning (to add to breadcrumbs)
For sandwich:
3-4 buns or hoagie rolls
Muenster cheese
Sliced red onion
Lettuce
Directions:
1. Heat a deep fryer to approximately 350o
2. Cut lobster into bite-size pieces.
2. Dip in egg wash and milk.
3. Coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
4. Deep fry a handful of pieces at a time until the lobster starts to float in the oil and is golden brown.
We recommend serving this with homemade sweet potato fries.
