Grilled Lobster Tails

Make your guests feel extra special with this elegant dish!


2 lobster tails butterflied

Fresh garlic

Melted butter

Salt and Pepper



1. Heat grill to medium heat. 

2. Use a sharp knife to butterfly the lobster tails on the top of the shell. 

3. Mix melted butter and fresh chopped garlic in a mixing bowl and brush over the tails.

4. Season with salt and pepper. 

5. Place on the grill right side up (so the meat is facing you). 

6. Cook until the meat is white all the way through.  

7. Flip tails meat side down for 2 minutes to finish grilling. 

8.  Brush again with garlic butter and serve.  


Serve with baked potato and salad.
