Grilled Snapper Caesar Salad

Spice up a traditional salad with some mouthwatering fish!


1 lb. Snapper fillets

Seasoning of your choice (We recommend Old Bay or Everglades)

Romaine letuce

Caesar salad dressing


Parmesan cheese 



1. Heat the grill to medium heat.

2. Prepare the salad while the grill gets hot. 

3. Season the fish fillets.

4. Once grill is hot, lightly coat the rack with non-stick spray.

5. Grill fish for approximately 3-4 minutes (depending on thickness).

6. Flip ONCE and grill for another 2-3 minutes on the other side. 

7. Place on top of the salad and serve.
