A true ocean delicacy, a Florida spiny lobster tail offers a more unique, sweet, buttery taste than its cousin to the north. All of our lobster tails are hand caught by divers off the coast of South Florida. Although lobster season is from August 6 to March 31, we will try to keep a healthy stock vacuumed sealed in the freezer to keep our customers supplied year round.

I have been a customer of Eric's 3 times, buying lobster,hogfish and other fresh catches. His fish is outstanding and so is the lobster. Nothing better anywhere! I recommend them above all. Fair prices and right to door!

(4) large tails by lunch of opening day. That's as fresh as it gets. Much better than those big-box produce stores!

I bought my very first FL Spiny Lobster Tail from Finnatic Fish today at the Delray Green Market. I opted for the medium size and it was perfect for a single serving. Following the advise of the guys manning the booth, I butterflied the tail, and baked it (in a bit of water) after putting melted butter and lemon juice on it. Baked at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then let it sit for a few minutes to finish cooking. It was DELICIOUS !! I hope to get 2 tails next weekend to treat my husband when he comes down for the Tennis Tournament in Delray !! Thanks Eric and Finnatic !! We'll be back !

I have always truly enjoyed getting these spiny tails (and even better...the eating part!)from Eric. I have a great OJ/butter sauce I can use, but honestly, with these, I find them so sweet, why distract with salty stuff!?My daughter broils them and that way is my new fav! Anyway you prepare these, you will be glad you got them from Eric! And FRESH!!!!
