Raspberry Chipotle Fried Jack Bites

This new kick on fried fish fingers will leave you wanting more!



- 1 lb. Jack fillets

- Panko bread crumbs

- Raspberry Chipotle sauce (we reccommend Fischer & Wieser or Sweet Baby Rays)

- Old Bay seasoning

- Enough oil to deep fry the bites



1. Turn the fryer on to warm up the oil.

2. Cut the Jack fillets into bite size pieces.

3. Use a a large Ziploc bag and coat the fish bites with Old Bay.

4. Pour Panko into the Ziploc and coat. 

5. Fry at 350 degrees until bite are golden.

6. Toss in Raspberry Chipotle sauce. 


Serve with your favorite sides.  We recommend caesar salad, baked potato, and green beans (as seen in the picture).
